Final detail pass after contractor punch list corrections or inspections. We re-clean what got dirtied, touch up what got missed, and confirm it's truly done.
Property Management

Full unit turnover between guests. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, floors — done to guest-ready standard on your schedule.
Deep clean between tenants. Includes appliances, cabinet interiors, and full floor detail. Listing-ready result, documented with photos.
Move-out deep clean plus move-in detail clean bundled. Appliances, cabinets, floor polish included. Designed for fast turnaround on flips.

All rates are per square foot of cleanable area, confirmed in writing before any work begins. Walkthroughs are free — we assess the site before quoting so there are no surprises on either side.
